Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final once course access has been granted, except under the following conditions:

- You purchased a course by mistake, and the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, and access has not yet been used.
Courses accessed beyond the free trial, downloaded content, or fully viewed modules are not eligible for refunds.
